Established in 2023 with the assistance of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA), the NPA (The Association of the Namibian Property Industry), is a member-driven organisation and the representative body and official voice of the commercial and industrial real estate sector in Namibia.

NPA’s mission is to actively and responsibly represent, protect and advance our members’ commercial property interests within the real estate industry actively and responsibly.

NPA’s aims to be nationally accepted and internationally recognised leading property association.
