About us
NPA’s mandate is to continuously endeavour to represent, protect and advance its members’ interest – and in doing so, maximise its level of activity within the sector, thus cementing its commitment to the realisation of a more vibrant, globally competitive industry.
Furthermore, it is to forge purposeful collaborations with leading industry bodies, as well as private and public sector entities creating an inclusive and conducive environment for the enhancement of our members interests, whilst keeping abreast of the dynamic trends in the marketplace.
We assist our members in developing their business through various platforms such as our educational programs, information dissemination, government liaison, technical committees, and action on legislation.
A major benefit of being a NPA member is the opportunity to gain access to other industry leaders ensuring growth and dynamism within our industry.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
- Issue a clear position on matters relevant to the property industry where the interests of its members and the economy as a whole are impacted upon.
- Provide a source of information for members and government through the coalition, collection and dissemination of property data and statistics.
- Enable wider participation in the industry by historically disadvantaged members of the community to become involved as owners, developers, employees and managers in the property industry.
- Provide professionally designed education programmes.
- To drive, influence and or make inputs towards changing the statutory environment that may impact the real estate sector /property owners.

- Provide for opportunities for your staff to participate on various committees.
- Provide professionally designed educational programmes.
- Host workshops and Seminars.
- Host Networking Functions, Golf Days and other Industry events.

OUR INTENTION
- To bring together all role players in the Namibian commercial property field and create a powerful platform for Property Investors.
- To be recognized as the representative body and official voice of the commercial property industry in Namibia.
- To establish a platform for the NPA to provide its members with credible data to make informed decisions.
- To elevate and enhance property skills levels by providing our members with accredited education courses locally in Namibia.
- To lobby and enhance the legislative environment to protect our members interests.
